The funeral of Peter Birch will be held at Barry Crematorium at 12pm on Wednesday 27 January. Apologies to those who wished to attend but numbers are limited due to Covid restrictions.
Following the latest Welsh Government review the club will remain closed until the end of January 2021. The next review is due on January 29 where we will hope for better news. Keep safe & well in these troubled times.
Following the Government announcement last night the Club is now unfortunately closed with immediate effect. The next review is 15/01 so the earliest possible date of re-opening is Monday 18/01 this of course is dependant on the outcome of the review. Watch this space!
The last roll ups will be Wednesday 23/12 at 10.00 am. Revised restrictions mean unfortunately from 24/12 the Club will close until these are reviewed and lifted. The next review is 18/01. Keep your eye on the website in the meantime have a good Xmas and New Year.
The Club closes at 12.30 pm on Wednesday 23/12 for the Xmas break and will re-open on Monday 04/01/21 subject of course to Welsh Government restrictions. Please keep your eye on the website for any updates.
The Club will remain open from 07/12 for roll ups & Afternoon Leagues until 4pm. All evening Leagues from 07/12 are suspended until w/c 04 January. This of course is subject to Welsh Government restrictions.
Following today's Welsh Government announcement there is no change to regulations we currently have in place for Indoor Bowls. Everything will remain the same as we have now. The Club will be open as normal for roll ups and League fixtures. Bowls Wales have confirmed this.
The Club will be open on Saturday morning 14/11 from 10.00 am for the normal coaching sessions.
Club is open all week from 09/11 only during the day for casual bowls on a booking basis. W/c 16/11 we return to the League bowls programme as the Government now allow 24 on the green not 15 as originally stated.
